We want you to be happy with your product, but if you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 7 days of receiving your product to discuss a full refund, and 14 days to discuss a replacement or a credit.
We understand we all make mistakes (including us) so do email us at info@giftsandtreats.ca to discuss any issues.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will happy to talk to you and make arrangements to replace the damaged item.
